From day one, Dallas was fully committed to our home search. He truly listened to our wish list and provided daily updates on potential properties that fit our criteria. He was immediately responsive to requests for showings and usually got us in to see a property the same day. His experience and knowledge of the Denver real estate market and city neighborhoods were invaluable. Dallas negotiated our closing deal masterfully and guided us through the whole process, especially when inspection issues arose.

My husband and I live in California and recently purchased a condo in Lakewood, Colorado and Dallas was our agent for this transaction.
The transaction was extremely timely and expedited by both the seller and the buyer. We were able to close in ten days.
We were not able to physically see the unit for ourselves and Dallas went out of his way to help with our decision to buy the place. He measured took pictures and received the keys to our new home in Colorado.
He truly was there every step of the way including "virtual signing" on the computer. We are somewhat lacking on our computer skills and he was so helpful and patient with us. We would highly recommend him as a realtor.

Dallas and his team were always timely, patient and professional in his communications with my husband and me regarding our home sale and the steps involved in completing the process.

Dallas was also instrumental in finding and leading us to obtain various quotes from roofing contractors to replace our roof during the sale process.

We have used Dallas 2 different times. One to buy and one to sell, he is sooper nice, transparent and very informed in the housing market. I can call anytime and he will answer any questions i have.
I deffinately recommend his services.

Worked with Dallas on a VA purchase transaction where he was the buyers agent. He found a fantastic property, negotiated a fantastic deal, and then proceeded to communicate Superbly throughout the entire Transaction. Can’t wait to work with him again.
